Privacy Policy

Sounds Like You is operated by The Lowrey Agency. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and who else touches it. We've tried to write it in plain English rather than boilerplate.
What we collect
- Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Your voice profiles. The writing samples you paste in, and the voice description generated from them.
- Source material and generated drafts. The listing notes, market updates, and other material you submit, plus the content produced from it.
- Usage counts. How many generations you've run this month, so we can apply plan limits.
- Billing information. Handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan status. We never receive or store your full card number.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for client names, transaction details, social security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information, and you shouldn't paste those into the service. We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising trackers on the app.
Why we collect it
To run the service: authenticate you, store your voice profiles so they persist between sessions, generate content, enforce plan limits, and process subscriptions. That's it.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, each for a specific job:
- Supabase hosts the database and handles authentication. Your account, voice profiles, and content live here.
- Anthropic processes your writing samples and source material to generate drafts. Content sent through the API is not used to train their models.
- Stripe processes payments and stores your payment method.
- Vercel hosts the application and serves it to your browser.
- ScrapeCreators and the YouTube Data API supply Content Radar research results. These receive search topics, not your personal content.
We may also disclose information if legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Where your content goes when you generate
When you generate content, your voice profile and source material are sent to Anthropic's API to produce the draft, then the result is stored in your account. Your material is not shared with other users, and it isn't used to improve the product for anyone else.
Data retention
Your account data and content are kept as long as your account is open. If you close your account, we delete your voice profiles, source material, and generated content. Some billing records are retained longer because tax and accounting rules require it.
Your choices
- You can delete individual voice profiles and content from inside the app.
- You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing us. We'll handle it within 30 days.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under the CCPA or GDPR) to access, correct, port, or delete your information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. Email us and we'll honor those requests.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's a functional necessity, not tracking. We don't use third-party advertising cookies on the application.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is protected by row-level security so one account can't read another's data. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise, but we don't collect more than we need, which is the best protection there is.
Children
The service is for licensed real estate professionals and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email.
