Terms of Service
Last updated July 24, 2026
Sounds Like You is operated by The Lowrey Agency ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What the service does
Sounds Like You helps real estate agents research trending content and generate social posts, scripts, and emails written to match their own voice. You provide writing samples and source material, and the service returns drafts for you to review, edit, and publish.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. One account is for one agent. Don't share credentials or resell access.
Free trial, billing, and cancellation
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start it.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We don't prorate partial months.
- If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll look at it honestly.
Content you put in, and content you get out
You keep ownership of the writing samples and source material you provide. You also own the drafts the service generates for you, and you're free to publish them.
We may process your inputs through third-party AI providers to produce those drafts. Don't paste anything into the service that you aren't allowed to share, including client personal information, confidential transaction details, or anyone else's copyrighted work.
You are responsible for what you publish
This is the most important term here, so it's in plain language: everything the service produces is a draft that you must review before publishing.
The service includes an automated Fair Housing check. That check is a helpful safety net, not a legal review, and it can miss things. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the Fair Housing Act, MLS and IDX rules, your brokerage's policies, state advertising and licensing regulations, and every platform's terms. When something matters, run it past your broker or your attorney.
AI-generated text can also be wrong. Verify any statistic, market claim, legal statement, or factual assertion before you put your name on it.
Research data
Content Radar surfaces publicly visible posts and their public engagement counts from third-party platforms, through licensed data providers. We show it so you can see what topics are working. It's for research and inspiration. The service writes original drafts on a topic, it does not copy other people's posts, and you shouldn't either.
Third-party sources change and sometimes fail. Instagram results are currently marked beta for exactly that reason. We can't guarantee availability, completeness, or accuracy of any platform's data.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to produce content that violates Fair Housing law.
- Don't generate misleading claims about properties, financing, or market data.
- Don't impersonate another agent, brokerage, or person.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't resell output as a competing content-generation service.
We can suspend or close accounts that do these things. If we close your account for violating these terms, you're not owed a refund for the remaining period.
Usage limits
Plans include a monthly generation limit to keep costs sane. If you hit it, generation pauses until the start of the next month. We'll tell you in the app when that happens.
Availability
We're a small operation and the service is provided "as is". We don't promise uninterrupted uptime, and we depend on third parties (hosting, AI providers, research data providers) that can have their own outages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business, lost listings, or regulatory penalties arising from content you chose to publish.
Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is significant, we'll notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
